Environmental Evaluation

Two female Farallon employees conducting an environmental evaluation

Oftentimes, our clients want to understand the potential environmental concerns and liabilities associated with a property before proceeding with an acquisition.

They may not be required to meet the requirements of AAI and ASTM E1527. That’s when an Environmental Evaluation is the right choice.

Working closely with our clients, we tailor Environmental Evaluations to meet their goals and objectives. We develop limited due diligence scopes of work that provide detailed information about a property and the surrounding area. The Environmental Evaluation includes items such as a thorough historical and regulatory review, and an inspection of the property to identify general environmental concerns that may warrant further evaluation during a formal due diligence process.
