Bio
Melinda is an Environmental Professional with 14 years of diverse and extensive experience in multimedia environmental regulatory compliance, contaminated site assessments, source characterizations of emerging contaminants such as per- and polyfluoroalkyl substance, due diligence including mergers and acquisitions, and Superfund Site litigation support. Melinda’s experience spans a wide range of client types in the public, private, and federal sectors including real estate development, financial institutions, public utilities, law firms, industrial manufacturers, pulp and paper, scrap metal recycling, commercial airlines, and branches of the military.
Melinda is involved with the local nonprofit organization Women in Environment as a National Board of Director and the Portland Chapter President.

Fun Facts
In her free time, Melinda enjoys outdoor activities, including hiking, paddleboarding, and alpine skiing (she was a former racer, ski instructor, and high school racing coach). In addition, she loves collecting passport stamps from global adventures and being a cat mom to her rescue fur baby, Gracie. Melinda is a native-born German, fluent in English and German.
