Facilities that store and use hazardous materials are subject to regulatory requirements related to emergency planning, coordination with first responders, reporting, and training. Our Compliance team evaluates conditions at the site, prepares state Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act reports (such as California Environmental Reporting System, Hazardous Substance Inventory Survey, and Tier II reporting), provides required hazard communication training, prepares hazardous materials business plans, and advises on the storage of materials. We also prepare annual Toxics Release Inventory or Form R/Form A reports, which are subsets of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act, for clients who need this service.
