Environmental Compliance

Environmental Compliance

All commercial cannabis businesses in California require compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). Requirements for CEQA compliance vary based on the location and type of operations. We assist our clients in meeting CEQA compliance for their operation including environmental analysis documentation.

Farallon is experienced in the preparation of the following CEQA environmental analysis documents that may be required for commercial cannabis businesses including Notices of Exemption, Initial Studies with Negative Declarations or Mitigated Negative Declarations, and Environmental Impact Reports. Our team can develop Environmental Compliance Plans for our clients to meet implementation and reporting requirements for Environmental Mitigations and Best Management Practices.
