Remedial Action Cost Estimates and Analysis

Remedial Action

We rely on our wealth of experience performing site investigations and implementing remedial actions to prepare and evaluate cost estimates.

We routinely prepare cost estimates for our clients for response actions that we perform and manage. We also evaluate cost estimates and historical costs to determine whether response actions are necessary and appropriate. We prepare and evaluate net present value cost estimates, lasting 30 to 100 years, for long-term operation and maintenance. In addition, we evaluate site data to determine equitable cost-sharing among Potentially Responsible Parties.
