Bio

Jay is a Biologist with expertise in shoreline permitting, biological evaluations and assessments for Endangered Species Act compliance consultations, wetland delineation, and Habitat Equivalency Analysis model analysis for mitigation purposes. He has extensive experience conducting environmental permitting, mitigation bank planning, critical areas permitting, and habitat monitoring for both public- and private-sector clients. As part of the company's SCUBA diving team, Jay has worked on eelgrass transplantation and monitoring, in addition to surveys for eelgrass, shellfish, macroalgae, forage fish, and epibenthic invertebrates.
