Bio
Jaren received his bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science and Terrestrial Resource Management from the University of Washington, where he studied restoration, LiDAR, and geographic information systems. In college, Jaren spent two summers interning for environmental consulting firms focused on due diligence, remediation, and project management. He also has proven experience performing environmental field work for local governments, federal agencies, and industrial hygiene firms.
Fun Facts
Jaren lives in Seattle, Washington, where he spends fair-weather days rock climbing across the Pacific Northwest and rainy days producing short-form educational videos. Passionate about ecology, geography, and travel, Jaren’s 2024 resolution is to visit every county in Washington state.
