Farallon Promotes Craig Ware to Oregon Operations Manager, and Welcomes Margaret Oscilia

Farallon is pleased to announce the promotion of Mr. Craig Ware to Oregon Operations Manager. Craig is a Principal Hydrogeologist with over 28 years of experience in the environmental consulting field, including 25 years in the Pacific Northwest. He has successfully worked with clients on the West Coast and nationwide.

During his tenure in Farallon’s Portland, Oregon office, Craig has consistently provided the superior level of service that clients have come to expect from Farallon. He has managed a wide range of environmental due diligence projects for commercial, industrial, and agricultural sites, providing prospective owners and developers with technical consultation on the environmental cleanup process under Oregon regulations. Craig has extensive experience conducting remedial investigations and feasibility studies, including human health and ecological risk assessments, and supporting development at landfill sites involving landfill gas mitigation.

In addition to managing client projects, Craig has overseen the ongoing growth taking place in Farallon’s Portland and Bend offices. With the increasing number of staff in both locations, Farallon is well-positioned to provide its extensive range of environmental capabilities and services on the local level in an expanding regional market.

Margaret Oscilia

Farallon also recently welcomed Ms. Margaret Oscilia, P.E., as a Project Engineer in its Portland, Oregon office. Margaret is a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Oregon, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from Oregon State University and 6 years of environmental industry experience. Specialty areas for Margaret include stormwater conveyance design and compliance, and environmental compliance and permitting. Additional project experience involves methane vapor barrier design and installation, contaminated site assessments and remediation, and hazardous materials management. The additional engineering capabilities in Farallon’s Portland office further strengthens the firm’s ability to meet the environmental needs of current and new clients in the Oregon region.
