Medical Facility Audit and Compliance Support

Farallon completed a detailed audit of a medical facility in Seattle, Washington that included ASTs and USTs storing fuel for backup generators used in the event of a power failure. The facility audit included review and evaluation of UST and AST inspection records, secondary containment, stormwater management and reporting records, and inventory records to confirm that the management and operation of the ASTs and USTs were in compliance with state regulations. Farallon supported the client in developing an Operation Plan to define record‑keeping, inspection, and operation requirements for continued compliance.
