Travis Zandi

Travis Zandi is an Associate Scientist with 14 years of professional experience in the environmental consulting industry in technical and project management roles. Areas of expertise include environmental due diligence, including Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments of properties ranging from single-family residences to large industrial facilities. Travis is also experienced with Washington State Environmental Policy Act environmental review documents, project management, hazardous building materials surveys, litigation support, and cost allocation. Travis has conducted hundreds of Phase I Environmental Site Assessments for projects primarily in the Pacific Northwest and California.
