Felicia is a people, culture, and operations leader with over 30 years of cross-industry experience in construction, engineering, MedTech, and healthcare. She has a proven record of building scalable and high-performing business cultures. She brings expertise in employee engagement, leadership, and talent optimization across geographically dispersed workforces. She is a member of the Lake Washington Human Resources Association and the Society for Human Resources Management.
Fun Facts
Felicia grew up on a working farm in rural Oregon. She currently resides in Washington where she is raising two teenagers, both holding their first-degree black belts in taekwondo. She is a serial adopter of rescue animals and an avid gardener. In between martial arts events, she enjoys working in her garden, cooking, and watching Marvel movies.
