Farallon’s continuing growth has resulted in the addition of two new Group Managers:  Jennifer L. Moore in the Environmental Sciences Group, and Thaddeus (Tad) Cline in the Engineering Group.  In this added role, Jennifer and Tad provide oversight and support to Farallon staff-, project-, and associate-level team members.

Jennifer Moore

Recent project work included in Jennifer’s 13 years of environmental consulting industry experience has involved stormwater management, inert and dangerous waste consulting, insurance claim support, Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, and Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act Tier II reporting for industrial clients.  She also has an extensive background in remedial actions, permit compliance, and environmental compliance auditing.  In addition to her project work for Farallon clients, Jennifer spearheads the firm’s Social Media Marketing Committee and works with the King County Local Emergency Planning Commission, a regional regulatory group linking industry and emergency responders to increase awareness of hazardous materials storage at facilities for improved fire-response readiness.

Tad Cline

Tad recently provided environmental engineering design and construction support for a multimillion-dollar combined sewer overflow construction project for the City of Port Angeles, and managed the remedial investigation of a closed Seattle landfill, providing environmental engineering services related to the design and implementation of an interim action plan that included landfill gas collection, capping, stormwater capture and conveyance, and freshwater sediment solidification and removal.  Additional project work includes Port Angeles Harbor sediment characterization, bioremediation of PCE-contaminated soil and groundwater at a commercial property, and an alternatives evaluation and environmental engineering for stormwater system corrective action at industrial properties where stormwater exceeded NPDES benchmarks.  As director of Farallon’s Data Management Team, Tad successfully implemented a new corporate data management system that serves as a central technical data repository for all Farallon offices and is being augmented with additional capabilities such as GIS to better meet client project needs.

Jennifer and Tad's technical and personnel management experience well equip them for Group Manager responsibilities.  Their demonstrated commitment to Farallon's core values will add value to their clients and enrichment to their group members.
