Farallon’s Portland, Oregon office welcomed Senior Engineer Matt Hillyard, a Professional Engineer and Qualified Industrial Stormwater Practioner (QISP) with more than 15 years of experience in stormwater compliance, site inspection, Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan preparation, litigation support, and best management practice application at industrial and construction sites. Matt has managed soil and groundwater investigation and remediation projects, conducted stream flow modeling, managed stormwater and wastewater discharge permitting, and supported landfill assessment and closure. He is a regular presenter at stormwater conferences and industry meetings.
Ben Wishnoff joins Farallon as a Staff Scientist in northern California. Ben has 6 years of experience in subsurface investigations and stormwater management. His project experience includes development of stormwater best management practices and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans for construction and industrial sites.
