Manny Padilla has 15 years of experience with implementing and managing environmental assessment and remediation construction projects. He has expertise in environmental compliance related to assessment and remediation of sites contaminated with petroleum and CVOCs, construction/destruction of industrial facilities, emergency pipeline release response, property transactions, insurance claim and litigation support, dig and haul removal, and industrial facility storm water management.  He is knowledgeable in nonhazardous and hazardous waste disposal and management. Manny is experienced with interacting with the public, clients, and regulators on high profile emergency spill response sites with various counties, state and federal authorities while maintaining confidentiality. He has a strong attention to detail and is focused on providing a quality consistent product. Manny serves as the field staff manager for Farallon’s Irvine office, managing and training a staff of geologists.
