Waterfront Restaurant

Farallon conducted a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment of a waterfront restaurant with outdoor patios in support of a refinancing transaction initiated by the restaurant business owner.  The restaurant had operated from the same location in a building leased from the Port of Bellingham since the late 1980s. Among the site assessment activities Farallon conducted at the facility was inspection of the restaurant’s kitchen, including practices for handling and disposing of waste oil and grease.
