Andrea is a lawyer with 15 years of experience in mediation, facilitation, and stakeholder involvement.  Skilled in a variety of disciplines, Andrea has worked on matters involving agriculture loans and farm foreclosures, conservation contracts, natural resources, environmental regulation, community conflicts, insurance claims, workplace conflict, and federal civil rights.  Her expertise extends to designing collaborative processes to engage multiple stakeholders to resolve complex issues.  Andrea has experience in public speaking, training, and coaching in mediation, negotiation, communication, and conflict.

Andrea’s experience in contract management stems from her work in law and mediation private practice and her tenure as Executive Director of a nonprofit organization.  In her role as Farallon Contracts Administrator, she manages contracts, and provides legal review and risk assessment.

Fun Facts

Andrea is an accomplished cook and entertainer with a tireless love for good food, good music, and good friends to share them with.  Andrea also enjoys interior design, road trips, her convertible, and playing backgammon with her fiancée Brendan while their beloved dog Berkeley looks on. She was once advised that she was born with the spirit of a bohemian radical revolutionary.
