Parker is an AHERA-certified asbestos inspector and a Certified Erosion and Sediment Control Lead. His professional experience includes stormwater management, permitting, natural resource compliance, and environmental due diligence projects in California, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington. Parker assists clients in Central Oregon with stormwater permitting, underground injection control compliance, National Environmental Policy Act reviews, and Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments.
