His project management experience includes administration of both private and public design and construction contracts, with budgets from a few thousand to tens of millions of dollars. Chris regularly manages and performs all phases of multi-disciplined projects from concept through feasibility, entitlement, design, permitting, bidding, and construction completion.

Fun Facts

Chris and his wonderful wife have enjoyed raising two sons in Issaquah. After years of shuttling the kids between Little League, soccer, skiing, and assorted other activities, he and his wife are spending more time hiking the local trails and exploring their home state of Washington. He is passionate about community and public parks, and serves on the City of Issaquah Parks Board and the board of the Friends of Lake Sammamish State Park. In his spare time, Chris enjoys the outdoors, skiing, music, good beer, home projects, hiking with his dogs, and most anything to do with soccer (go Sounders!).
