Bio
Chris has 28 years of experience in providing oversight and technical assistance for remedial investigations/feasibility studies, sediment investigations and cleanup, surface and subsurface investigations, and the design and implementation of environmental investigation studies. His specialty areas include the investigation and cleanup of large sediment sites, sediment strategy development, and remedial processes such as removal, dredging, and capping. Chris has an extensive background in regulatory negotiation and management of complex, large-scale projects such as Superfund sites to achieve compliance with state and federal regulations. He serves as an expert with in-water work permit compliance under the Rivers and Harbors Act and Clean Water Act. Other project experience has included field work and data management for remedial designs/remedial actions under the Comprehensive Response, Compensation, and Liability Act; and allocation and litigation support.
