Little Squalicum Creek Removal Action, Bellingham, Washington

Farallon was retained by the City of Bellingham to provide support for CERCLA removal action activities conducted in the area of Little Squalicum Park, the beachfront origin of the Bay to Baker trail system and recreational hotspot for outdoor enthusiasts.  Historical uses of the park and adjacent properties for industrial operations had resulted in contamination of soil, groundwater, surface water, and stream sediments, prompting EPA to call for remedial action...
