Desirée Clement Becomes Licensed Geologist
Farallon is proud to announce that Ms. Desirée Clement has passed the Association of State Boards of Geology National Geology examination and has fulfilled all educational and professional geological practice requirements to earn the title Licensed Geologist in Washington State.
Desirée holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geological Sciences from the University of Washington and has done graduate coursework in the Geosciences Master’s Program at the University of Rhode Island, with an emphasis in soil science and hydrogeology.
Her 4 years of professional experience with Farallon include conducting Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, automobile service station and dry cleaner site investigations, indoor and ambient air sampling, and analytical sampling and testing. She also has provided excavation oversight and performed site assessments and remediation system maintenance and repair. Additional experience includes managing a variety of Phase II investigations as well as litigation support projects involving cost allocation, insurance claim evaluation, and cost recovery.
