Farallon founding partner and Principal Engineering Geologist Peter Jewett was a featured speaker at the 10th Annual Washington Continuing Legal Education Bootcamp, held December 6 and 7, 2011 at the Washington State Convention Center in Seattle. As an Environmental Law faculty member with The Seminar Group, Peter addressed the topic “How to Evaluate and Document Contaminated Properties to Meet Regulatory and Transactional Requirements.” His presentation highlighted the responsibilities of potentially liable persons in the evaluation and cleanup of contaminated properties, environmental due diligence tools, and self-protection recommendations.
