Mr. Lance has over 25 years of experience and accomplishment as an environmental Geologist and Project Manager, successfully supporting and managing technically complex, multi-disciplinary investigation and cleanup projects for a diverse client base. He has managed projects up to $1.5 million in value, and individual portfolios up to $5.5 million in value. Areas of expertise and competency include remedial investigations and feasibility studies; pilot testing, data evaluation, and remedial system conceptual design; treatment system installation, performance monitoring, and O&M; site closure and regulatory settlement negotiations; stormwater permitting, performance evaluation, and BMP enhancement. Mr. Lance also has a proficient working knowledge of CERCLA, RCRA, MTCA, dangerous waste, and solid waste regulations.
Mr. Lance enjoys several outside interests. He has raised Orchard Mason Bees for many years and each spring provides starter colonies to whoever may be interested in improving natural pollination in their yards and gardens. A U.S. Navy veteran, Mr. Lance supports a variety of veteran social and educational causes. In his spare time, he enjoys making lots of sawdust during projects around the house and in the neighborhood.
