Farallon Announces Tina Huff Promotion
Farallon proudly announces the promotion of Ms. Tina Huff, R.E.A., to Senior Regulatory Specialist. Tina has worked at Farallon for 11 years and currently manages the firm’s due diligence program. Her experience with Farallon includes managing and conducting hundreds of Risk Assessment Audits, Environmental Compliance Audits, and environmental site assessments at properties across the United States.
As a Registered Environmental Assessor, Tina provides environmental due diligence management services for a variety of clients, including lenders, attorneys, developers, property owners, and facility operators. She performs expert review of due diligence reports, and provides training for clients who need due diligence refreshers. Additional services Tina offers include providing technical guidance and assistance to clients who are developing companywide environmental protocols and scopes of work.
An involved member of ASTM International for over 9 years, Tina serves on the technical committee for ASTM E1527-05, Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments. As part of ASTM Committee E50 on Environmental Assessment, Risk Management and Corrective Action, she provides input for revising the standard for the Phase I Environmental Site Assessment process.
Tina further serves the environmental industry by her active membership on the commonground Executive Committee, a social network delivering information and discussion opportunities for environment and property due diligence professionals. Tina is a frequent blog contributor to the commonground Web site, and was a featured speaker at a recent Environmental Data Resources, Inc. Summit gathering. Local community involvement includes Tina’s currently serving a second term on the City of Issaquah River and Streams Board, which protects, preserves, and enhances water quality in Issaquah waterways.
