Tina Huff Reaches 10-Year Milestone

Farallon’s Associate Regulatory Specialist Ms. Tina Huff, R.E.A., recently observed her 10-year anniversary with the company, the first Farallon employee to reach that milestone.  Since joining the company May 1, 2000, Tina has served as the Farallon Health and Safety Coordinator, become an active ASTM International committee member, completed over 500 Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and Phase II Site Investigations at properties throughout the United States, and conducted numerous environmental compliance and risk assessment audits.  She currently manages Farallon’s due diligence program.  Tina holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Studies with a specialization in Public Policy and Planning from the University of Colorado.   She is a Registered Environmental Assessor and has earned professional certification in OSHA compliance, dangerous waste management, U.S. Army Corp of Engineers construction management, and Washington State environmental regulations.  She also has undertaken specialized training in Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act building inspection, environmental site assessment for commercial real estate, and mold in construction.  Tina currently is working with other professionals as part of the ASTM International policy-making framework on revisions to the Phase I Environmental Site Assessment standard and the standard relating to vapor intrusion.
