Mr. Fekete has over 26 years of experience on an extensive array of environmental consulting projects, including site investigation and closure, environmental compliance audits, environmental management systems, solid and hazardous waste management, hydrogeologic investigations, and UST assessment and closure.  Additional experience includes preparing RI/FS and RCRA Facility Investigation/Corrective Measures Study work plans and reports and conducting Phase I and Phase II environmental assessments.  Mr. Fekete has prepared regulatory plans and compliance handbooks such as Oil Spill Response Plans; Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure Plans; and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans.  He also has expertise in regulatory compliance, including CERCLA, RCRA, EPCRA, and other federal and state regulations covering Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Alaska, and California.  Mr. Fekete has served as Project Manager for rapid turnaround projects as well as complex, multi-year programs.

 Mr. Fekete is an avid backcountry skier and cyclist.  He is also a volunteer coordinator for a local youth soccer association, and enjoys coaching both of his sons’ soccer teams.
