BS Geography/Environmental Studies

Mr. Hibbs has experience in the environmental consulting industry in a variety of projects and facilities across multiple states. His project experience includes providing environmental oversight for stormwater, sediment, and erosion management programs; providing wetland delineation support; identifying and implementing stormwater control measures; and conducting groundwater monitoring and sampling. Mr. Hibbs also has been involved in hazardous waste spill response and excavation of contaminated soil, surface water monitoring, and data collection for water quality assessments. Regulatory experience includes assessing compliance with Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans and state environmental requirements.
