Farallon Welcomes Ryan Hibbs

Farallon welcomes Staff Scientist Ryan Hibbs as the newest member of the firm’s Environmental Group.  Ryan brings a background of environmental experience that covers a range of facilities and activities across multiple states.  He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography/Environmental Studies from Central Washington University.

Ryan’s project experience includes providing environmental oversight for stormwater, sediment, and erosion management programs; identifying and implementing stormwater control measures; and conducting groundwater monitoring and sampling.  He also has experience in hazardous waste spill response and excavation of contaminated soil, surface water monitoring, and data collection for water quality assessment.  Regulatory experience involves assessing compliance with Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans and state environmental requirements.  As Staff Scientist with Farallon, Ryan will support environmental site assessments and soil and groundwater monitoring and sampling at sites throughout the Pacific Northwest.  He also will be involved in monitoring well installation and UST decommissioning.  Ryan is a valuable addition to Farallon’s technical staff and will play an important role in client field work.
