Ms. Patterson has 17 years of diverse environmental experience that includes site characterization and remediation, environmental compliance review and support, and health and safety program administration for projects governed under MTCA, RCRA, LUST, Toxic Substances Control Act, and Oil Pollution Prevention regulations; NPDES permits; and hazardous material transportation requirements.  Project management experience extends from staffing, scheduling, regulatory compliance, client communications, and budget development and tracking to preparation of project deliverables.  Ms. Patterson has served as Project Manager/Site Supervisor for projects ranging from Superfund site remediation to facility audits, and has supported emergency response efforts, prepared SPCC and SWPP Plans, and developed waste management programs.  Her health and safety background includes reviewing and approving site-specific Health and Safety Plans, conducting site and office audits, reviewing and revising corporate health and safety programs, developing site-specific air monitoring programs, and serving as Site Health and Safety Officer.  Ms. Patterson heads Farallon’s Environmental Sciences Group.
