Washington CLE Bootcamp
Farallon founding partner and Principal Engineering Geologist Peter Jewett was honored with another invitation to serve as an Environmental Law faculty member at the Washington Continuing Legal Education Bootcamp held December 8 and 9, 2009 at the Washington State Convention & Trade Center in Seattle. Mr. Jewett’s presentation titled “How to Evaluate and Document Contaminated Properties to Meet Regulatory and Transactional Requirements” discussed the responsibilities of potentially liable persons in the evaluation and cleanup of contaminated properties, environmental due diligence tools, and self-protection recommendations.
