Mr. Carp has 9 years of experience in the environmental science field that includes soil, groundwater, stormwater, air, and biological monitoring and management; regulatory compliance; investigations; and remediation projects.  Professional experience also involves application of pollutant control measures, evaluation of fate and transport characteristics, and environmental assessment and remediation work throughout the Pacific Northwest.  He has an extensive background in interpreting technical and analytical data and applying relevant environmental standards and regulations.  As Project Scientist with Farallon, Mr. Carp develops, executes, and manages the scope, budget, schedule, and project team for various environmental investigation, remediation, and regulatory compliance projects.

Mr. Carp’s interest in the environment doesn’t stop with Farallon:  he enjoys running, hiking, rock climbing, camping, and fishing.  An active UW alumnus, Mr. Carp also serves as a mentor and advisor for his former fraternity.  He never misses a Huskies or Seahawks football game, and hopes the NBA and NHL soon make it to Seattle.
