Mr. Moore has over 39 years of professional experience in environmental and civil engineering design, construction management, and operation and maintenance. His experience includes project management and technical engineering for solid and hazardous waste site investigation, remedial system design, construction management, and system operation and maintenance for private and public sector clients. Mr. Moore has extensive experience in landfill design, operation, closure, and remediation; vacuum landfill gas control; leachate collection, treatment and pumping; transfer facilities; and remediation of surface water, groundwater, and soil contamination. His system experience includes landfill gas/soil vapor extraction, leachate/groundwater pump and treat and recirculation, in-situ air sparge, and dual-phase extraction. Mr. Moore also has provided technical support for mediation and litigation on several projects.

Outside of work, Mr. Moore enjoys numerous interests, including cross country, alpine, and telemark skiing; mountain and road biking; and hiking. He also enjoys ACT Theater. If you can’t reach him at his desk at lunchtime, Mr. Moore probably is out exploring the single-track mountain bike trails on neighboring Tiger Mountain with his co-workers.
