Ms. Needham has 4 years of experience as a Staff Geologist supporting soil sampling, surface and groundwater monitoring and sampling, and environmental construction projects throughout the state of Washington.  As an International Code Council-certified Washington State Site Assessor, she has experience performing site assessments and fulfilling soil and groundwater sampling requirements associated with the closure of USTs and ASTs used to store petroleum products.  Additional environmental consulting industry experience includes assistance with Phase I ESA procedures and site inspections in support of environmental due diligence.  Ms. Needham has been involved in various aspects of environmental data collection, management, and presentation, including management of Microsoft Access- and Excel-based project databases for data storage and retrieval.  Ms. Needham has prepared and generated a variety of reports from project databases for client and agency submittal, including managing, formatting, and submitting data into the Ecology Environmental Information Management System as required under MTCA.

Ms. Needham’s active lifestyle apart from Farallon includes snowboarding, racing downhill mountain bikes, and participating in CrossFit.
