Farallon managed and prepared a Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) for seafood processors and cold storage facility located along the Duwamish Waterway in Seattle, Washington, which is the largest cold storage facility in the Pacific Northwest. The property consisted of a 350,000+ square foot cold storage building, which was occupied by five separate seafood processing businesses. The property also included a small-vessel-unloading over-water concrete dock totaling approximately 1,720 square feet located on the Duwamish Waterway. Farallon was able to identify recognized environmental conditions associated with the historic operations of the property, which was used for aerospace manufacturing in the early 1900s.
